thanks connor for putting  your time and effort into organising the club training weekend it was a hard one but a very worthwhile and enjoyable experience that suited all levels of ability  [ i found the saturday ride very easy ]  i would like to takeBIG HEV to a 200m sprint i reckon i could take him   if i was a wooden one i could do a 19 for a ten as well

Yes, agree with Noel entirely.  Was a great weekend, very sore legs today.  Thanks for all the planning and structure.  Much appreciated.  Noel you would be a bit more aero if that dodgy shirt weren't so looseTongue out

Thanks to everyone at the club for all the help, assistance, guidance and encouragement during the weekends training sessions which were tough going but very enjoyable and worthwhile!

Yes well done lads it definitely was 2 good days, great to see you all looking out for one another and working hard into the bargin. I enjoyed myself aswell, even though I only had half the saddle time you boys had - maybe that's why? - although me Noel, Ciara & Declan put in some quality stuff when we left you to head for Maghery?? - Dwyers sat nav would have come in handy!!Good to be eventually out on the road again!

Yeh hats off to conor for organising the weekend!! A few more of them during the winter months next season would be good, something to think about for the future...

Just a pity i couldnt make it on sunday, head said yes body said no chance!

Yes, as above, shout out to Conor for getting this weekend organised.

I simply couldn't make it for 9am Sunday morning so I tackled an amended version of Saturday's run again. Good stuff. : (
